The company was founded in 1990 and a lot of hard work and planning has gone into building the company to where it is today. A highly focused approach to customer requirements has been fundamental in the development of the company and the selection and purchase of C.N.C. turning and milling machines to meet our customers products.

The company was set up with a wealth of highly experienced precision engineers and toolmakers in the sub-contract precision machining industry.

In 1995 the company re-located to larger premises in Blantyre Industrial Estate and diversified in two divisions:
